Pivot Doors

Please follow instructions carefully.

Once product is received, the product can be stored in a dry concealed area prior to installation. Do not remove the plastic packaging, it protects the product against water and building debris, keeping it in its packaging will reduce the risk of damages occurring during the installation process.

The door should remain closed, and spacer blocks in-between the door and frame should stay in position up until the product is built-in /installed and the cement has had time to cure. Spacer blocks must be removed after installation is completed. The keys for the product are attached to one of the spacer blocks founded on the bottom of the frame.

The product must be built-in/installed square and level, vertically and horizontally (Make use of a spirit level) Do not install door upside down, if product is installed upside down, the bottom pivot bearing will not be able to carry the weight of the product, causing the pivot bearing to malfunction.

Once installation is completed the contractor/installer must inspect the lock's functionality and can make minor adjustments to the sticker plate to improve functionality. Holes left by the screw in the frame must be filled with a wood filler that matches the colour of the product. The product must be treated with an oil-based exterior aftercare product, after installation has been completed and be maintained regularly as required or indicated.

This is a wooden product that consists of an acquired overhang which needs to be protected against the elements to ensure durability, long-term use, and for it not to deteriorate over time.

The recommended overhang should form a 30-degree angle to ensure proper coverage. The higher up your overhang the bigger it needs to be, the closer your overhang the smaller it can be. Please follow this stipulated instruction to comply with warranty conditions.

Terms & Condition

The customer must be satisfied with the product upon receival, inspecting for any damages, the supplier/manufacturer will not be held liable for any damaged that may occur after the receival of the product. Any damages that may occur after receival would be at the expense of the customer. 

The contractor/installer must follow instructions stipulated and must be held liable for faulty installation.

 The product has a manufacturing warranty of 1 Year. Should the instructions stipulated not been followed the warranty will be void.
